Yes, we do by special request. We sell used copies of all of our current discs to existing customers, but are happy to do telephone orders for non-subscribers. We specialize in finding hard to get titles, and are always willing to help.
Simply click on 'Sign Up!' in the top left navigation bar. The directions will be easy to follow. You must be 18 years old and hold a valid credit card to join. After your account has been created, you can begin selecting titles for your 'Wishlist' - your billing date will be the day after you sign up. We have posted a selection of unsolicited comments from our customers here.
DVD-Rental.ca periodically makes coupons available to new customers, and current customers. Go to www.dvd-rental.ca/coupon.php to redeem your coupon.
After you have signed in, simply browse our site. When you find a title that you would like, click on 'Add to wishlist'. Titles in your 'Wishlist' will continue to be shipped to you until you reach your maximum allowed depending on your rental plan. Titles are selected from the top of your wishlist. In the event that your a selection is not currently available, or not yet released, we will send the next title on your wishlist. The unsent title will remain on the top of your wishlist for the next mailout.
We ship out titles two times a day via Canada Post. Titles typically take 2-3 business days to arrive at your home. There are no additional charges for shipping.
Simply place the disc (and instruction manual for Video Games, if applicable) in the included prepaid envelope and drop it in any Canada Post mailbox. Your next selection will then be mailed to you when we receive your return. Each selection can be returned individually.
DVD-Rental.ca currently takes VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All credit card information is protected with secure 128 bit encryption.
DVD.Rental.ca currently has 6 different rental plans. Each plan offers No Return Deadlines and No Late Fees. When you return a title, we'll send you the next one from your Wishlist. The quicker you return your selections, the more titles you can watch in any given month - no limits.

4 DVDs out at the time for $24.99/month + applicable taxes
5 DVDs out at the time for $32.95/month + applicable taxes
6 DVDs out at the time for $34.96/month + applicable taxes
2 DVD/Games out at the time for $19.99/month + applicable taxes
3 DVD/Games out at the time for $24.99/month + applicable taxes
Please note that Video Games are only available on the last two plans.

We have a large database of DVD, PS2, and Xbox titles, including all the recent releases. We boast the largest online PS2 inventory in Canada (over 320 titles), and are continually expanding our Xbox and DVD selection. Currently, we have over 3400 DVD's and over 450 games in our inventory with at least one copy of each title. We stock multiple quantities of most of our titles, to ensure you get your selections in a timely manner. If we don't have a title you would like, we'd be happy to special order it for you, as we can access our suppliers inventory of over 30,000 titles. Send an email to info@dvd-rental.ca with the title of the DVD, PS2, or Xbox. In most cases, we will have it added to our selection within 3-4 days. More obscure selections may take several weeks.
Simply send an email to info@dvd-rental.ca indicating your desire to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email. All outstanding titles must be returned and received at DVD-Rental.ca within 6 business days. Your credit card will be billed the retail price of any titles not returned. Please ensure you cancel PRIOR to your billing date to avoid being billed. If you are unsure of your billing date, please email us and we would be happy to let you know. Your billing date will be the day you signed up.
We deliver to any valid Canadian address with a postal code.
